“ Great Sermon! ” Water baptism though is not without merit, even though it does not save. It is however the pledge of a pure conscience before God that symbolizes the baptism of the Spirit (1Pe3:21), and even in the example that Pastor Hill cites from Acts 16, Paul immediately then baptized the jailor and his family (Acts 16:33), as did Philip with the Ethiopian (Acts 8:38).
Please pray for my son who announced to me recently that he is gay. He knows the truth but is rejecting it. We can never except this lifestyle as anything else but sin. I still love him and pray that God Almighty will convict him of his sin so he will turn from it and repent.
