Knowledge provides the information to realise the difference between the two.
Proverbs 1:7 The fear of the LORD is the beginning of knowledge: but fools despise wisdom and instruction.
Proverbs 2:6 For the LORD giveth wisdom: out of his mouth cometh knowledge and understanding.
