What should have taken place was Mathew 18 and I corthians 5 involving church discipline. Known homosexuaels should never be a church member according to the Word of God. If the pastor really cared for the souls of those invovled in this sin he would preach a message declareing what God has to say about this sin and give them room to repent and turn from this evil before it infects the entire body of Christ. If they do not repent then they should be put out of the church and turned over to Satan for the destruction of the flesh. In Christ Henry
