Pris, The word gospel means "the good news" I find nothing offensive about the the gospel of Christ. The gospels are Offensive to those who find it doesnt agree or challenge their lifestyle. The kids who walked out should have. Who says schools have it right to begin with? Dan attacks them by telling them they should use birth control then Says the Bibles bullies gays. The bible is Gods word not mans. God does not make mistakes, men do. They don't teach the Bible in school so how are kids to have a subjected perspective. When a guy shows up and uses the Bible as tool to support gays is Blasphemy! Jesus is the way, not Dan the gay man.
Thanks Jim... I'm a guy of few words. My point 1) baptized as a child is meaningless, they don't understand. As a Christian it's nothing more than a ceremony in front of friends you have washed away your old ways and you begin a new life, with walk with Christ. It has nothing to do with salvation...2) The divorce (malachi 2:16) and court (1 Corinthians 6:4) are acts against the teachings of Christ. Just because you say your a Christian means absolutely nothing. Reading the word, praying, living a life that honors Christ and giving it ALL to Him. The beautiful thing about being a Christian is that's it's not Religion it's a RELATIONSHIP! I'm off subject. I pray for these parents to allow Gods Will and let not their Pride not get in their way.
