“ Great Sermon! ” Dr John Whitcomb was not only an amazing Bible teacher, he was a gifted historian. God truly did grace us in these latter days with the life and presence of this man.
“ Great Sermon! ” I really enjoy when Pastor Peacock tells stories about animals, such as the one today about the Civil War Horses who were out to pasture, and their reaction to storms. I picture it in my minds eye when he relates these precious stories. Very moving!
“ Great Sermon! ” Pastor Mike is doing great work exposing the occult activities of Nazi Germany. This, imho, is more relevant today than it has ever been. Vicious fascism that Hitler could have only dreamt of is a primary tool of political parties, for instance the Democrats, Liberal party of Canada, the Stazi (nazi) Angela Merkel etc..
“ Questions ” I note Geoff Grider brings up that God is a soul during the study. This "soul" is God's contribution (paraphrased) to the "trinity". He then goes on to compare man being also composed of 3 parts, and that represents the Godhead. I find Mr Griders breakdown of the doctrine of the Godhead, overly simplistic and Biblically unsubstantiated. The reference verse; 1 John 5:7, refers to God as the Father. In other places, God is referred to as Spirit. I'm not sure where Mr Grider obtains his ideas, but this one is in error.
“ Great Sermon! ” To reply to the last commenter; It seems likely that Obama could be the antichrist. He has already deceived millions, he is a very accomplished liar and con man. In a future incarnation, so to speak, he could be heralded and readily installed as leader of the one world government.
“ Great Sermon! ” I really enjoy Pastor Peacocks preaching. I thought he might preach on the spirit of antichrist that is so active in contemporary times. I'm referring to the continuous mass shootings of unarmed civilians in public and Church settings and the overarching lawlessness that has become ubiquitous in the west. I believe we are truly seeing the spirit of pure evil enveloping western nations.

I am Canadian, but the outcome of this election will affect everyone. Hillary Clinton has said that she supports the formation of a "no fly zone" over Syria. That will be an open declaration of war against Syria and Russia. Russia is there to destroy Nusra, al queda et al, at the request of the sovereign government of Syria. Anyone contemplating voting for this communist menace and sycophant of Saul Alinsky, and Margaret Sanger, will reap the whirlwind.
Hillary Clinton is the poster person for just how badly the U.S. has gone off the rails. She is anti Christian, her pro abortion, pro war, pro allow every criminal group in via open borders world view is testament and proof to that. The U.S. is about to reap the whirlwind.
“ Great Sermon! ” My question to those who say that Jesus returns for his church post trib raises so many problems. What about the judgement seat of Christ? What about His 1000 year rein? What about the marriage supper of the Lamb? What about God pouring out 7 years of wrath on his own Body? What about the fact that Paul never once warned us to NOT take the mark of the beast - why did the new testaments most prolific writer never mention it once? It is never mentioned until Revelation 14. Pre and post trib rapture has become a major doctrinal issue and a stone of stumbling for believers in these last days. I for one cannot accept that God will put his church through it, and not because I cannot bear the thought of the persecution and slaughter of those days, or that I somehow deserve to escape it. Post trib simply does not line up with scripture, and those who keep pointing to Matthew 24 are confusing a teaching meant for Jews and Jews alone, not Christians.
