Great Sermon! Everyone should listen to this sermon - not just those who believe the Biblical account. It will equip every saint and give pause to those who do not hold to six-day creation, particularly those who question the existence of our first parents. For those with children, he gives a most memorable and winsome Gospel offer at the end (of course, it is not just for the children!). If you go to his blog, http://headhearthand.posterous.com/the-quest-for-the-historical-adam, you can read and download the notes for additional reflection and study. His companion sermon "Christ in Creation" should be next on your playlist if you haven't already listened to it!
Great Sermon! This sermon will feed your soul! No matter how many books you've read or lectures you've heard on creation, you will want to listen as Dr. Murray opens God's Word and preaches the excellencies of Christ and God's gracious plan of redemption. Go to Dr. Murray's blog, http://headhearthand.posterous.com/christ-in-creation, and you can read and download his notes from the sermon for additional contemplation and study. Don't forget to listen to "Quest for the Historical Adam" as well.
Great Sermon! As a paedo-baptist for well over a decade, this sermon turned my world upside down. This is the first time I have ever heard this text used in this way. Would that all Reformed Baptist ministers would listen to this sermon. I also recommend Fred Malone's book, "The Baptism of Disciples Alone" to help with your study of the issue.
Soli Deo Gloria!
Would like the ability to select multiple sermons to send to "my favorites" instead of one at a time (and having to close the open window/tab) or selecting all. The same applies to the list in my favorites. Thanks!
