“ Excellent! Well Balanced. ”
Thank you! The points you make are right on. It is discouraging that so many in the visible church in America idolize handguns and assault weapons.

“ Great Sermon! ”
There is so much more to the beatitudes than I realized. Especially that they are characteristics of a true believe in Christ Jesus. Makes sense, I never put them together as definitions of my daily walk with the Lord. But I can see those in my life, not always. I will never know the "pure in heart" this side of heaven, that's for sure.

One hundred people representing 3 different families are locked in a room by men carrying guns. They tell the crowd that they will randomly choose 10 people whom they will rescue before they blow 90 of them away. They are free to discuss the possibility of being rescued but no negotiations for more than the predetermined 10 will be accepted. The predetermined 10 will be identified and marked several hours before Zero hour so they can tell the others the good news that they have been chosen to be saved.
How is this good news for any of the 100 including the 10 that will be saved? Many of their family members will perish. This is the same kind of good news we have heard on here but on a much smaller scale.
They were all arminians.

They chose their own way to go and ended up in this hellish circumstance through their own fault.

The ten that got out climbed on board a bus which crashed all were killed.

Terrorism is happening daily in these perilous times.

But the good news is...
God remains in Sovereign charge of creation and who gets onto the ladder of salvation. Regardless of what the deluded sinners get up to.

Did Bill Hybels 'Repent' of Seeker Sensitive?

"I've been receiving numerous emails from people asking me what my take is on the recent news of "Bill Hybels repenting" of his seeker sensitive methodology. The talk of repentance by the founder of the Willow Creek church comes from a recent conference in which he was quoted as saying: "spiritual growth doesn't happen best by becoming dependent on elaborate church programs but through the age old spiritual practices of prayer, bible reading, and relationships. And, ironically, these basic disciplines do not require multi-million dollar facilities and hundreds of staff to manage". Of course, that's true, and that's why so many of us have been chanting "give us Bibles not Hybels!" for years. But the question now is - what are we to make of these latest Willow words? Are we really seeing a change of mind from the Prince of Plexiglas Pulpits? Or is this just another left turn leading even further away from biblical Christianity?"

The Truth About Muhammad: Founder of the World's Most Intolerant Religion

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/The_Truth_About_Muhammad:_Founder_of_the_World's_Most_Intolerant_Religion

"The Truth About Muhammad: Founder of the World's Most Intolerant Religion is a book by Robert Spencer, the director of Jihad Watch and Dhimmi Watch.

In the book the author proposes to present a “scrupulously accurate account of what Muhammad said and did” examining the writings of the early biographers of Muhammad such as Ibn Ishaq, Ibn Sa'd, al-Tabari as well as the Qur'an and the hadith collections of Bukhari and Muslim. In the examination of the early sources, Spencer attempts to elucidate the events of Muhammad's life which are invoked by contemporary Islamic clerics, governments, advocates and jihadists such as the Muslim Brotherhood‘s "spiritual" leader, Sheikh Yusuf al-Qaradawi today as a standard for their behavior which may be viewed as violent and incompatible with Western values of human rights."

Banning in Pakistan
"The government of Pakistan confiscated all copies of the book and banned it on 20 December 2006 citing "objectionable material" as the cause.[2]. Spencer responded that the book does not assert anything that is not readily verifiable in the sources he provides.[3]"

Here is some more info from A HREF="http://www.jihadwatch.org/" Jihad Watch /A about A HREF="http://www.jihadwatch.org/archives/015279.php" Limit Muslim migration, Australia warned /A

and here:

A HREF="http://www.jihadwatch.org/archives/015296.php" Immigration follies /A

The Muslim intent is to take over the whole world, by every and any means possible, terrorism their main weapon. The Muslim belief system is one of violence and death to those who do not join them. They are in for one hell of a shock when they die and face God. Unless they repent they shall perish and Yahweh will have His angels cast them into the lake of fire, if they die in an unrepentant degenerate state. What horror awaits many of them. How sad and tragic. They are so blind. They are so full of unrighteous unforgiving hate. We Christians must still love them and pray for them and pray that western governments do not open the flood gates of immigration to those who do not respect freedom of religion, the freedom of ideas, the freedom to speak freely without fear.
