“ Great Sermon! ”
I really enjoy Pastor Chompff's sermon. I would love to fellowship in his church. Does anyone know where it is or if there's a nearby church in Perth Amboy,NJ that teaches the doctrines of grace?

The bottom line is this: Humanity has always based their decisions off of their "feelings" we in our carnal minds have always said things like, "I felt like it was what I needed to do." We act on our emotional state rather then what is right or just. A married man may have an attractive woman enticing him to have an affair, he may "feel" like allowing his emotions to dictate his actions but regardless of how he feels it is still morally wrong. That being said, homosexuals have deep lustful "feelings" for the same sex, however despite what they feel, they have a choice to act on those "feelings" or just do whats RIGHT! I understand that homosexuality is demon spirits manifesting themselves in these peoples lives, however they have the power not to act on a simple lustful feeling or emotion. When I get angry I sometimes get tempted to yell or aviod the situation, but regardless of how I feel, I still have to do whats right for my wife, children and myself. Homosexuality is a "lifestyle choice" based off of wrong "feelings" that lead to a life of sin, just as any other sin is wrong. I'm sure if you asked a homosexual if it was ok for thier partner to cheat the answer would be NO, why? Because it is wrong! Morality was established by God!

These demented lusts are just another one of the obvious tactics satan is using to destroy God's purpose for family. These people are in bondage to demon spirits of sexual perversion, they have depraved minds and satan has blinded them from their own abominations. Pray for our children body of Christ! They need our intercession, our stand for righteousness and for believers to raise our standards of holy living! We cannot allow satan to rise up against the pure and unadulterated innocence of our children!

Homosexuals are not looking for tolerance, they stricktly want acceptance. They want thier sin to be "normal" they want to redefine what the meaning of "nature" is.

People, we must have a deep sence of urgency to pray for people in leadership. We have fallen asleep as the church of Christ Jesus. We were supposed to posses the land and have dominion over it, we are supposed to influence the world, not the other way around. May God have mercy on America and on our leaders for the corruption and total loss of moral standards in this country, and we must pray for these lost souls who have depraved, reprobate minds. The enemy is working hard, we must work harder!

There is a big difference between tolerance and exceptance, the homosexual propeganda is an attempt to get Christians & non alike to accept thier abomination as " normal" I can tolerate something that I don't agree with but I don't have to accept it! It is becoming all too common hearing about the homosexual movement & we should be hearing more about the gospel, my spirit grieves to watch the decay of our society. I pray the truth will set these people free from thier reprobate minds!

My wife & I are currently using invetro fertilization due to some issues that could not be corrected. I believe God uses these doctors to assist in areas that otherwise would not allow families to concieve. God allows man to use technologies to bless people, my wife & I prayed that we wouldn't have had to take this route but thank God in vetro is an option. Pray we concieve soon!

God will reach people by whatever means he wants to, we all know that people are the church, I myself along with others are casual for wednesday services but may choose to wear a suite on sunday. As far as buildings are concerned, it is the power of the Holy Spirit that draws man unto God so it really doesn't matter where the service is held. My church is streamed live into a local movie theatre & hundreds have been saved by the foolishness of preaching (1 corinth.1:21) Gods grace to save men is all thats needed, and a willing heart of course. People in third world counteries don't have suites to wear & I'm sure the last thing they're concerned about is attire, also sevices are held in shacks or wherever is available. These concerns are an American cultural thing and in my opinion.

Catholics were saved by grace before the reformation as we all are still saved today, but with knowledge comes responsability. If the truth becomes evident through devine revelation of the Holy Spirit and we choose not to listen, we then plainly ignore what is in front of our faces and made plainly evident by God himself. Catholicism is rooted in paganism, if you study diligently and seek the truth, it will be revealed to you. The false gods of the Babylonians were intergrated with Christian beliefs and formed the Roman Catholic church (the whore of Babylon who fornicated with the church.) The Roman gods were replaced with "the patron saints of whatever" and thats were the idol worship comes into play like the candles that display a supposed intercessor who was actually once a false Roman god but became cleaverly disguised as some godly saint. I'm not trying to offend Catholics as I was raised one, I just wanted to point out a few facts I learned through study and the guidance of the Holy Spirit.

The bible clearly tells us in Hebrews "not forsaking the assembling of ourselves together, as is the manner of some, but exhorting one another, and so much the more as you see the Day approaching." I believe this scripture clearly states that we must meet together in unity for the sake of Christ. It is imperative that we stay united in service to the kingdom, we become spiritually weak when we don't fellowship with one another, in my opinion we need to attend service to be capable of walking in the spirit and in order to grow corporately as one body.

I believe it is a form of legalism to say that any particilar denomination has the answers to dictate to others what is an absolute way of being "churched." I suppose some fundamentalists deal with traditional upbringings that keep them in a mindset that doesn't allow them to simply apply their faith in a practical manner. Their faith must be applied in the way they were raised. My opinion is in no way ment to judge, just a thought that may be right in some ways or completely off, anyhow we should rejoice in our brothers & sisters salvation as long as it is a bible based church who doesn't stray from the truth. There is no such thing as the perfect church, or denomination.

Alot of the Latino new converts have a difficilt time breaking out of their religious habits because of a long history of Catholicism as a traditional family religion. When they experience the power of the Holy Spirit, they are apt to allow their experience or "feelings" get in the way of true biblical doctrine or may not even care about theology bacause the experience outweighs anything else. I am a Latino man who has been fortunate to have been exposed to biblical truth and a deep understanding of human nature as it applies to experiences and their effect on peoples actions. However I believe that God will use these "experiences" to open doors for truth to be applied to the Latino communities lives! Praise God that Latinos eyes are being opened to truth!

Ah, classic denominational disputes, I don't think proving which denominations theology is correct will solve anything, yes their are certianly denominations who's errors are obvious, but shouldn't we just be happy that God is moving in peoples lives, that God does not use certian denominations for his works? Can we rejoice that Christ is being preached? whether you agree with AofG or not is irrelevant, the points trying to be made are futile. Let's rejoice that Christian churches are still being errected! If it is a bible based church and lives are being transformed by the true power of God then "denomination" means nothing. I'm not very fond of the charasmatic movement myself due in part to the disorder I see, but I am still excited that people are being truely saved, I highly doubt the Lord is going to ask me what denomination I belonged to on the day of salvation!

John UK, I should have worded that differently, what I ment was celebrating the birth of Jesus on December 25th minus the tree, lights, or any other typical or traditional Christmas celebrations. Thanks for

Reading these posts, I can't help but wonder what will be pertinent on the day of salvation. Will the Lord ask us what our theological beliefs were? Will he ask "why did you celebrate the birth of my son on Dec. 25th?" Does understanding the pagan history, yet still getting presents for your kids hinder your salvation? I told my children since a very young age about the true origins of Christmas, I tell everyone I can about the pagan roots of Christmas. Am I a hypocryte for still going to church & celebrating the gift of our savior? I hope not. I hope it is just an opportunity to bring glory to God, as everyday should be but focusing specifically on the fact that there is a savior who was born and brought redemption to mankind. My hope is that the body of Christ be pleasing to our Father, is celebrating Christmas minus the traditional pagan applications displeasing to our Lord?

Setting aside the obvious pagan origins of festivities that take place during Christmas, I say it is a day of opportunity to celebrate the gift of our savior, not get cought up in legalism or traditions. If you are educated enough to understand the true meaning of Christmas then why let the pagan history get in the way of celebrating the birth of Jesus? We all know he wasn't really born on the 25th of December.

I am a child counselor at a psychiatric hospital and have seen thousands of children in acute psychiatric distress. Almost 100% of the children I see are perscribed at minimum 3 psychatropic medications, most of whom are in the states custody and bounced around from one foster family to the next. I personally work with a psychiatrist who is conservative with his perscriptions so I can't imagine how a more liberal doc would perscribe meds to a kid! What a shame, wish I had more say in the way these cases are handled. Pray for our children, they are growing up in such a godless, corrupt society!
