Im confused about 1cor15:51 that verse is clearly at the the last trumpet. It says the the last trump...at the last trumpet. Its a saying a trumpet will be blown...Isnt that the end of the time of jacobs trouble?

I believe these men stand with the builders. I believe they derive authority from the beast who allows them to open training centers around the world. I believe they have made their own covenant with the Jews, denying the new covenant and deny Yeshua the Christ as Lord, apart from Him there is no Israel. They like speak of our nation under judgement well it's comming.... what of those who are persecuted killed and beheaded from preaching the true gospel Christ! The whole world will be deceived yet all these American so called Christians think they are fighting the good fight by supporting murderers of the innocent, and riding on the back of the beast like whore, homosexuals are not your judgement they are your fruit. You who stand with the so called Jews, are you going to stand with them when they stand with Anti-Christ in the flesh? Stop following of these so called bible teachers! They follow the traditions of men theologians who are their teachers. For there is one teacher Yeshua the Christ.

Something John McCain said a while ago leads me to believe he sleeps through sermons in North Phoenix Baptist. In conversation about illegal immagrants, he said that they were all God's children. Any Baptist, and any Christian for that matter knows that to be one of God's children you have to ask him to be. Then if you are you will start to act like it. The illegals coming over the border do not act like God's children at all. The majority of them are unsaved, and unrepentant, clearly not God's children, but children of the devil and his lusts they do. That says a lot to me, that McCain would make such an error. remeber Paul said to obey every ordinance of the man, and being illegals they violate a big one right there. certainly not what God's children should do.

I wonder if anyone has raised the argument that not spanking the child is more abusive than doing it. How can you raise a child well and allow him to act as he wants? If there is no deterrent to bad behavior, then the child will do whats right in his own eyes, which is rarely right in anyone elses. If you dont teach the child to behave, then you sentence the child to a life of unrestrained sin. That is in my mind far more abusive than a belt to the butt of an unruly child. Lasting, permanent effects are much more destructive to a child than a brief moment of pain and a lesson from it. Remember the Bible says that a father who does not discipline his child hates him.

I have always been encouraged by bro Barnard. This is a most solemn and sober sermon that is much needed in our day when the chruch is running after all kinds of methods to grow their chruch while not gaining true converts which only comes thru the grace and power of God convicting them of their dreadful condition. No one will see themselves in much need of a savior until they see them selfs lost. Rolfe Barnard is a fearless man of God not afraid to say it like it is.

What a alarming sermon. I believe that what the church needs now more then ever is self confronting challenging preaching to test our selfs to see if we are in the faith. Away with all the feel good sermons being preached today. There is no sense in making people feel secure when they are not. They that proclaim the word of God are not to make men and women feel comfortable but to challenge them to see if Jesus Christ is there Lord and Savior. AMEN for pastor Thomas Smith. I intend to listen to the rest of the series and I recommend it to others as well.

C.S. Lewis hit the nail on the head when he said in Science we have the notes to the poem in christianity we have the poem itself. The word of God is TRUTH so we need not to be afraid of what is falsely called science.

I am very glad to see that at least in one way the court system is trying to do right. Abortion is a horrible thing, who could willingly have their child dismembered inside the womb? I think that there would be much less of it if the mothers were told in no uncertain terms what these "doctors" were going to do to their BABY. Next we need to get a requirement for them to see exactly what is done during this procedeure, and others which are still legal. I think 90% of women who get abortions would not do it after seeing that. The BABY, not fetus, looks like a person very early in its short life. Watching its arms and legs ripped off would definately change more than a few minds.

It is a scientific fact that birth begins at conception, they dont have full personality but personhood. Until men and women can create life out of nothing which violates the 1st law of thermodynamics they have no right to take it. I beliieve the USA is represented in Romans 1:26-32... where a continual resistince of truth the known light of God leads to further darkness and all that comes with it. It is of the Lords mercys we are not consumed. God gives men and women what they really want in the long run.
