We're all totally depraved anyway, and all our righteousness is filthy rags, so why not just do whatever, enjoy it, not worry about it, because in the end it doesn't matter anyway. What will be, will be.

Dear Fellow SermonAudio news readers,

Do you notice another thing going away? It is the salutation "dear" at the opening of letters (or emails). I hardly ever see it anymore..even from dear old mom.

It's a small thing, but it seems we are becoming a less cordial society.

Sincerely,

Augustine

Of course nonbelievers find strength in numbers. What do think the whole mega church movement is all about?

According to the Bible, just what IS a "Church Member" and how (according to the BIBLE) is that different than a believer?

Luther sought debate about God's truth, not to start a movement.

Seems like Matthew Fox is seeking a publicity stunt to start a movement with no regard for truth.

Get this! Tonight, April 11, 2007 some expert is appearing at the University of Pennsylvania Law School in Philadelphia to give a lecture on the dangers of global warming.

And the weather forecast is for snow!

Great irony, huh? (If you don't get it, see the DATE at the beginning of the post. It's APRIL and we're getting snow!!)

Seems to me if we spent less time calling ourselves (and others) by various labels and spent more time living the gospel we wouldn't have to worry about such things.
