most solemn it is to be regretted that many today so called christians worship a god of there own making.how true today also the word of Jesus to many which says "ye worship ye know not what" let us who claim to be beleivers read oft Isaiah 1:11-20. thank you mr seferiadis for this solemn message.
most blessed message oh precious truth!oh wonderous doctrine!oh happy indeed are those who are pronounced just by a holy God.In hearing this message my spirit was revived just as Jacobs was when he saw josephs wagons sent to convey him to himself.Truly a right understanding of this blessed doctrine brings us closer to the Greater Joseph.Thank you mr Seferiadis for delivering a much much needed message.
execellently blessed message oh blessed, blessed doctrine of predestination and mans responsibility.thank you mr seferiadis for preaching this glorious God honouring and flesh withering truth.I rejoiced to hear this sermon.glory to Him to whom is known all His works from the beginning because He predestined all that has come to pass and will yet come to pass.
Great Sermon! I had verily forgotten my resting place, being scattered and wandering thru all the mountains, and upon every high, hill, you are absolutely right mr adams only Jesus is the sinners true resting place. your message helped me to see this again
How Solemnly True!!! It is as you have preached it Mr Knapp and perhaps the evil that exists is worse then one could possibly conceive. I have been out of church for 15 years greiving at what passes for religion today I have often been in depression of spirit often mouring often crying to my God about this famine but the only reply the Lord gives me is, this is my judgement upon an apostate people and ministers alike.
Excellant Sermon A very much needed sermon Mr Martin. Thank you.I was very much edified but alas I feel there is not enough of this "blowing of the trumpet in Zion" or "sounding an alarm in His holy mounting" by ministers today, and as a result "there is wrath gone out from the Lord" and "the plague is begun" a plague which has consumed countless multitudes and will continue to consume many more proffessing christians.May the good Lord continue to give thee grace (as one of old has said) to preach as a dying man to dying men.
Wonderfully Comforting!! "O death where is thy sting? O grave where is thy victory?" I often comfort myself with this saying, heaven is heaven simply because Christ is there,I need no other motive to make me want to be there.
Excellant !! I was deeply impressed upon by this message. I thank my God for the puritan epoch, such a pouring out of His Spirit not seen since pentacost nor will we ever see again,I beleive. I have no doubt that all the puritan volumes existing today can be likened to josephs storehouses filled with grain whereby in this time of a great famine we who truly hunger for spiritual truth may go to the greater Joseph to buy without money and without price.Thank you Mr martin for this message. It reminded me off what Mr Spurgeon said "the more sin abounds in the world the more ought the church of God seek after the strictest holiness. If ever there was an age that wanted back again the sternest form of puritanism, it is this age" Vol 42 p513 (ages dit lib)
How Solemnly True! your observations Mr Martin are absolutely true, your remedies absolutely correct.thank you for exposing this disease and its remedy.
Excellant !! But where sin abounded, grace did MUCH MORE abound: GLORY,GLORY,GLORY TO GOD THRU JESUS CHRIST MY LORD. O the depth of the riches both of the wisdom and knowledge of God! how unsearchable are his judgements and his ways past finding out!
Heart searching Preached like a true Puritan. The church needs much of this kind of preaching with that firery rebuke of sin with the hope that we Gods so called people will awake from our sleep of lethagy and death.God bless you, God bless,God bless you Mr Martin for daring to preach as a Puritan in this sin loving and righteouss hating age in which we live.
Execellant ! A most solemn and needed message for our corrupt Laodicean age. This doctrinal and practical sermon seperates the sheep from goats, and is bread for Gods dear children. Thank you Mr Martin for your faithfullness to Crist Jesus as his ambassador and minister of the gospel.
Heart searching This sermon was preached in the true Puritan fashion and I might say by a true Puritan.I was convicted, comforted and most blessed.Thank you Mr martin for your boldness in preaching all Gods truth and for your faithfullness to Christ as a minister.
Most Solemn Execellantly graceful is my only description of this glorious truth of God.Thank you Lord for your truth and for your ministers that are bold to preach you in all your splender and glory.
Comforting sermon Most encouraging.Thank you Mr Beeke for your faithfullness to God in all your afflictions and trials which is for my consolation and salvation.Thank you also for the quotes of the Puritans you use in your sermons.Im reminded of what William Gurnall said "The saints spots are most got in peace and prosperity, and never recover their whitness to such a degree as when they come from under satans scouring"
Great Sermon! As I was listening to this message,I was grieved,I sorrowed,I wept that Gods glory is not at all regarded by so many so called "professing christians" I thank God for sending Mr Washer into His harvest field.Oh may we who are genuinely saved join our prayers together that Christianity be purged by the Spirit of this devilish leaven that has infected all true saving religion
Great Sermon! I dont know if I could label this sermon "great", Powerfully convicting sermon is more appropriate.Glory to God for such holy ministers and for such messages.
