Great Sermon! I have been studying the minor prophets for the past year and have only recently stumbled upon supersessionism (which I have never embraced, even in my ignorance back when I first came to know the Lord).
Having reread and further studied scripture along with having listened to many sermons has further emboldened my faith in the God who promises to redeem his people Israel.
With that said, thank you! This has been by far one of the most enriching sermons I've heard to date.
Great Sermon! Who am I (1 Cor. 1:26-31)... and yet to consider Jesus Christ an "immigrant" or a "refugee" as he stepped [anywhere] into this world that he created struck me as hardly a correlating example to the 'illegal' mas-migration issues facing us today. Protecting our families and our homes is as basic as locking the front door first, questioning who is knocking, second, and proceeding from there, third.
Great Sermon! Pastor Hoke, thank you! It's a tough message to hear but a tougher message to deliver to a world rotting for lack of salt... salt which, BTW, has deteriorated only to be trod underfoot.
May the Lord in his goodness bless you richly for your faithfulness!
Great Sermon! Wonderfully convicting message! Loved the worship intro as well.... thank you!
May the Lord be forever praised as we worship him and glorify his holy name! Blessed is your service to him.
Great Sermon! Pastor VanHeukelum, I have thoroughly enjoyed every part of this series and was struck by the beginning of this closing message with the though that '"I believe" the Lord loves your worship of him, equally as he does your service for him, and your heart.'
Blessings to you and your entire family of faith!
Great Sermon! Excellent series, Pastor Vanheukelum! Although sixteen years removed from the present day, it corroborates all that has been stirring within my heart as I am presently leaving a covenantal congregation and in search of a new family. God bless you!
Great Sermon! Today is July 15, 2016, the day after another devastating attack on the people of France.
We have much to consider and much more for which to repent.
Thank you for faithfully handling the word of God and for your presentation of the Gospel.
