“ Difficult ” Being a divorced guy, I found this teaching really hard. I have not heard anyone bring all of the gospel teachings about divorce into line like this. Until or unless I hear a more convincing counter argument, I think I will have to stand by your words. This may be very difficult as my congregation teaches differently.
Past judgements serve as great warnings. But I believe we need to pray for the repentance of our nation earnestlly and be careful not to try and do God's job for him. He may have judged in ways that seem hard to us, but His chief instruments always had the softest hearts.
“ I needed to hear this ” The words when straight to my heart. What an incredible thing God can do speaking through those who devote themselves to Him. Thank you!
