US, I can only speak from experience with the locker rooms I've used. The shower curtains are a pitiful excuse for privacy as half the time there's a gap left between the wall and the curtain. Makes for messy floors. There's still the whole issue of changing in front of each other. That's not natural nor right. In high school, lots of girls (maybe boys too?) experience body shaming due to this. This also pushes the sodomite agenda. I won't get into gyms. I have an opinion on those that you probably wouldnt agree with. Plus it's kind of off topic. But as GS said, people who do use them deserve their privacy from perverts.

I agree with SC in regards to public showers. They're pretty weird. The normal human reaction is to not want ANYONE, female or male, to see them in such a vulnerable way. It's not a "natural barrier" for people of the same gender to be ok changing, showering, etc with each other.

Connor, just trying to understand what you are saying. Are you implying that passing out tracts is unbiblical? Or do you just mean chick tracts?

Wayfarer,

gun free zones= free kill zones
Conceal Carry is an excellent defense. As is open carry. Perhaps if he'd seen a bunch of folks with pistols attached to their hips he would of thought twice before attacking. Not because he's afraid of death, being a Muslim that was the whole point of the shoot out with the cops and not negotiating, but because he'd know his mission would of been stopped before it became a massacre. An armed society is a polite society.

Just a nobody,
I don't want to beat a dead horse but I meant to post this sooner. I've been quite busy lately. I also see that you've removed your comment. That doesn't change anything though. Anyways, it's been bothering me since I first posted on this thread. I tend to post things and regret it later. Addressing you was unnecessary and my comment comes off as "picking a fight." I wanted to apologize for that so sorry.

Allie wrote: "one thing you should know is that most contraceptives are really birth control. Meaning they don't stop conception but rather implantation. They are abortificant."

Yes. You have brought up an excellent point. Sonone who uses birth control methods really can't say they're pro life but are indeed pro "choice." Does the Birth Control Pill Cause Abortions by Randy Alcorn is an excellent read. I believe you can find it online for free.

And yes the Scriptures do make it clear that God loves children. That He opens and closed the womb. Believing we are capable of that is just an illusion. The Lord made allow our chosen birth control method to work but in reality it is He that controls things. We cannot create life. If we could every couple that desires children would have a house full.

Just a nobody, that's a pretty bold accusation. Judging a mans motives as "trying to bind a conscience" without really knowing if that's the case or not.

Accounting, Scripture isn't silent on the issue. Do a word search of womb, children, fruit of the womb, and a study of a biblical woman's role. There are tons of free resources online as well aws some decent books that can be purchased. Of course compare everything to Scripture that's read in context. I won't share much more as my motives have been prejudged. My views are simple and I believe biblical-God is in control. He creates life and He takes life. I can trust Him with my salvation and with my womb.

In the end what happens in a couples bedroom is between them and God. A husband is responsible for leading his family in the paths of righteousness.

John, Toys R Us sells Ouija boards :/ That store is nothing but a giant kids store. I was sorely disappointed to see that sitting on the shelf next to games like hungry hungry hippo. I'm curious about this cribbage game. I'll have to go look that up.

I see what you are getting at Christopher. I think apologetics being included with witnessing is more fit for a one on one conversatin. That could be in a public setting where everybody in the public can hear both sides. Such as the way Ray Comfort does it.

I think Johns point is that unless there's an actual conversation engaged that one should preach the gospel. An example being at a park where nobody is stopping.

Neither are wrong. There's a time and place for both ways.

This link is pro vaccine (read anti-parents) However, they state something rather interesting. Concerning the measles outbreak in Arizona seven detainees and four staff have the measles. The four staff members had already received the measle vaccine. Wait a minute? They had the shot and still got measles?! Four different people.....interesting.

Allie and kjg, I'm not so sure many will pull their kids from the system. That would require a huge investment of the families finaces. Private schools aren't cheap. My niece has to pay 3k a yr to attend the one she's at and that is just for her. For a family of two that would be 6k and so on. The other alternative is homeschooling and most mommies aren't willing to come back home to their biblical role. I think most will be annoyed and disgusted but won't do anything about it. They'll just shrug their shoulder and say what can we do?! Now I know a lot of folks are fighting against this and for that Im grateful. Hopefully more states start doing something. At the moment I'm only aware of Texas, N. Carolina, and this Oregon school. What 20 states are you talking about KJG?
