i didn't save anyone. Jesus did. Dave , I have a heart for addicts, I come from a family destroyed by drugs and alcohol, I lost my older brother to homelessness prison and heroin. I've had my battles with cocaine addiction. What stopped me was God saving my life from an overdose in 2007. It's all Christ . Thank you Dave . God bless you too

I hear you SteveR . A friend of a friend has a high rank in the navy and is going to retire. He's saddened by what's happening to the military especially under this regime. He wanted to stay in for as long as they would allow but being that the military is being decimated he's looking for an early exit. A majority of our servicemen are distraught over what's happening in our military . I mean our soldiers stormed beaches in ww2 with new testaments in their breastpockets now they march in high heels. What in the Sam Hill is up with that??
It's sad to see how politically correct and light sensitive the military and the United States as a whole has become. At one time soldiers were issued a copy of the New Testament /psalms and proverbs , now they aren't because it will " offend" someone. What's happening to the nation is just outrageous. All the more reason to fast and pray because it's not going to get better
I have a casac.( credential for alcohol and substance abuse) I've had a brief stint in the world of substance abuse counseling. It was disappointing , the clients came in younger and younger hooked on heroin. The relapses and just the way that system is set up, it's severely broken , you can't inject Christ into your therapeutic sessions with clients. The way the facility was run I felt like they cared more about funding than the clients being free. So I walked away from it saying that the worlds approach to substance addiction does not work . The best approach is biblically .
Nowadays churches seem to be into making people feel " comfortable" and afraid to speak on sin . I agree with you lady virtue and English rose. That name English rose reminds me of a song from when I was a teen . I believe it was by the last resort! Oi!!!
