I suspect that arming TSA agents wouldbe cost prohibitive. They would probably have to do a thorough house cleaning to get rid of the employees who are unqualified/not legal to carry. Replacing them would be costly.
I agree with John. Studying the belief systems of others can give you a huge leg up on wirnessing to them. I like what James White says about it. You gain an enormous amount of credibility if you have taken the time to study their beliefs and can accurately represent them. If all you've got is having seen a movie or a read some article on the internet, they are much more likely to ignore you. You are also less likely to get snared by a lie.
There is nothing wrong with researching the origins of halloween to determine whether or not it is evil. I applaud the effort, as we should all know not only what we believe, but WHY we believe it. If I told you that Christmas was evil, would you stop celebrating it?
This Kwame Fosu guy is cracking me up. All he's missing is a reference to Agenda 21, and he could be peddling a script for a blockbuster conspiracy theory movie.
If that is true (I don't really know where the majority of fossils are found), it would be an interesting topic of research. Perhaps it has something to do with fault lines. I will have to find someone to ask next time I am at the Creation Museum.
8500 deaths......kind of makes me wonder how many of those deaths could have been avoided had the deceased been armed. I don't suppose it would make anyone feel any better had those deaths been inflicted by knives, eh?
Agreed. Until we are saved we are dead in our trespasses. Dead men can't repent. Repentance is probably more correctly thought of as a result or proof of salvation.
Barry, believe it or not, your atheist friend has much more faith than you. That much is required of all atheists in order to ignore the plain evidence right in front of their noses.
