"making it the second mainline Protestant church to undergo a major schism over the issue of homosexuality and related matters of biblical authority"It all boils down to the same thing; - Who do you believe wrote the Bible, God or men!! Christians know that God wrote the Bible from cover to cover. Liberals spend their life trying to delete Scripture so that they can sanctify lust and carry on with their sins. Their god is man and his culture. Rom 1:18 For the wrath of God is revealed from heaven against all ungodliness and unrighteousness of men, who hold the truth in unrighteousness; |

"Christina Rees, chair of the group Women and the Church, said that the plans showed the Church was committed to equal treatment. "This is wonderful news. It's a major breakthrough as it expresses the view that men and women are equal in the sight of God," she said."Miss Rees is clearly NOT a Christian. She is a Liberal. Men and women are **ALREADY** equal in GOD's eyes. HE did not need a societal and cultural change in the functions and role of women to perceive that. It is NOT about women being allowed to do what men do - That is focusing upon human ability. Whom GOD sends and uses in the pulpit is about GOD's decision alone. The sinner of either gender can do absolutely nothing about that. But of course as we have observed the Anglican denomination has been running in opposition to God and Scripture for many years now. It is not about, "will the last Christian switch out the light when leaving" - BUT the light is already out. 1Tim 2:11 Let the woman learn in silence with all subjection. 12 But I suffer not a woman to teach, nor to usurp authority over the man, but to be in silence. |

"The RCA established a full communion partnership with the Evangelical Lutheran Church in America, the Presbyterian Church (U.S.A.) and the United Church of Christ."Paul wrote not all Israel are of Israel. The true Christian agrees that not all Christians are Christian. The Reformed Church is aware that not all Reformed are Reformed. Rom 9:6 Not as though the word of God hath taken none effect. For they are not all Israel, which are of Israel: |

"“Europe, at least the indigenous population of Europe, is dying.” “That is one of the unsayable truths of our time. We are undergoing the moral equivalent of climate change and no one is talking about it." I like this statement of Sachs. But I think one of the big reasons for the decline in children in the UK, is that the stupid politicians have over-taxed the family out of existence. Today there is no "family" mind set especially in the upper echelons of UK society where the rich and middle class mammon worshippers look for other ways to spend their earnings. As for "religious" groups breeding a future generation, the majority of UK Christians are very much people of today and are just as concerned with middle class money matters as their secular counterparts are. |

"he did not have a "direct line" to God and did not pray for guidance from the almighty. But he stressed: "I do have faith and it is important, yes"." Now the problem with this statement is (1) No praying for guidance - is a political reasoning to reach the non-believers. NO Christian would ever admit to mortals being more important than God in their lives. (2) Cameron states that "faith is important" to him. That is simply not enough. Faith is THE life of the Christian not just something which may have a slot in various other influences. If Cameron is a "Christian" - then he is a Liberal Christian, not a true Christian. Cameron describes his religion as quote; "describing his belief as “fairly classic Church of England faith," u/q Nuff said!!! |

"the Archbishop of Turin, said it was a dangerous step toward "individualism in prayer and faith." He objected that those who wished to remember the departed would have no memorial at which to pray." Typical of Roman Catholic ignorance and heresy. They require something earthly and tangible to pray at. Shouldn't pray for the dead anyway. It is obviously very difficult for the papist to kick the idolatry habit. Ex 20:4 Thou shalt not make unto thee any graven image, or any likeness of any thing that is in heaven above, or that is in the earth beneath, or that is in the water under the earth: 5 Thou shalt not bow down thyself to them, nor serve them: for I the LORD thy God am a jealous God, visiting the iniquity of the fathers upon the children unto the third and fourth generation of them that hate me; |

"Maine voters on Tuesday torpedoed a state law that would have allowed same-sex couples to marry, a heartbreaking defeat for the gay rights movement" "Gay marriage has now lost in every single state -- 31 in all -- in which it has been put to a popular vote." Excellent! Excellent! Its good to know that there are sufficient NORMAL people to kick this abomination out. If only we could do this in Britain too. |
