Great Sermon! Very Sobering message. I think the life, sufferings, death, resurrection, ascension and reign of Christ in glory was looked upon by the Father as an event so gloriously stupendous, so wonderfully amazing, so incomprehensibly great, and no marvel, its the very sending of Jesus by the Father down to this sin cursed and hostile world to seek and save a people lost in the fall of Adam, to redeem them, to offer a ransom for them, to restore them to that pristine condition they were in, in the mind of God the Father before the foundation of the world. God views this with unparalleled importance and with unparalleled delight that almost in 10 chapters of Genesis is the event typed out in amazing accuracy and detail as do all the types in the old testament look forward to that event. The very life of Joseph is a very vivid and moving story of Gods mega love for His people and how salvation would come to them. I get the impression that God was so eager so impatient ( i speak respectfully) to bring this about, that 1500 years before it occurred He wanted the world to know of it, Its wonderment, its glory etc. I cannot help but remark that Mr Beeke brings us all onto Sacred ground with the preaching of this message. I certainly felt it. A most excellent and moving message. |

Heart Touching Clarified for me Biblical forgiveness and caused much reflection on my own life and any potential grudges I may still hold against people. Thank God for Voddie Baucham! |

1000x Amen! What a brilliant sermon! Sam Gipp, with all his delicious abrasiveness, defends the name and honour of King James Stewart. This is a must listen for proponents and opponents alike. The actual sermon doesn't start until the 1:03:30 mark. |

Convicting sermon. The word of God as primary source of God’s voice to His people. John 1 starts with “in the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God.” That alone is loud and clear that Christ is the Word. How can we not eat daily of Him, being washed and cleansed daily by Him? How can we know Him and come to understanding and to fully love Him if we do not examine His word and all He tells us? Be not deceived, God is not mocked…if we sow unto His word which is eternal, we will reap life . Praise God for your burden for His word. |

Reviting Recently I have been digesting many sermons on the history of the English Bible. This created in me a desire to know more about some of the men who were instrumental in it's development. Pastor Lawson presents a very clear and highly informative sermon on Tyndale which introduced aspects of Tyndale's life I had not previously heard. |

A perfect picture of a good and loving father. I love how this passage paints a picture of a loving father that knows his child intimately and prepares him to fight the battle called life. He sets him up for success and promises to hold him up and not be overtaken. He encourages him in his insecurities. He gives him confidence in the knowledge of his fathers’s love and faithfulness to do the task that has been set before him . |
