Are we still arguing over this false gospel of a seven year tribulation and the "Church"being taken away from any persecution?Hasn't this been settled already by so much evidence against this heresy? The fact that this all began with a farm girl named Margret McDonald and was passed on to John Nelson Darby, who with the help of Scofield developed the doctrine of dispensationalism, speaks volumes of the truth of it all.It is in no way biblical and helps nobody in seeking forgiveness in Christ Jesus. It is the false gospel of the second chance. It gives a person the false hope of salvation by putting it off until after the so-called rapture happens, then seeking Christ but it will be too late.
To begin with, this woman was charged with a FELONY.This isn't something that's going off her record anytime soon. There are major consequences that go along with this charge.(losing the right to vote, acquiring certain state licenses,etc.etc.)
Secondly she is forced to take a government sponsored re-education course for abusive parents and pay money,($50.00)to the CAC.
All this as a reaction to a simple spanking of a child.

15 Beware of false prophets, which come to you in sheep's clothing, but inwardly they are ravening wolves. 16 Ye shall know them by their fruits. Do men gather grapes of thorns, or figs of thistles? 17 Even so every good tree bringeth forth good fruit; but a corrupt tree bringeth forth evil fruit. 18 A good tree cannot bring forth evil fruit, neither can a corrupt tree bring forth good fruit. 19 Every tree that bringeth not forth good fruit is hewn down, and cast into the fire. 20 Wherefore by their fruits ye shall know them. (Matt.7:15-20)
Seems to me that Christ Himself has a different testament, when it comes to folks like Camping.
unfortunately, this false prophet has received all kinds of media coverage since this whole date setting began.which,BTW,is exactly what these types want.from the looks of things,he's gonna milk this for all it's worth.another unfortunate thing is,false prophets always find people who are willing to send them money.
So all in all,it's a win-win for HC.he gets free publicity and financial support at the same time. (in this life only)
One thing is for sure,HC wasn't the first and probably won't be the last to mislead others.
14 Then the LORD said unto me, The prophets prophesy lies in my name: I sent them not, neither have I commanded them, neither spake unto them: they prophesy unto you a false vision and divination, and a thing of nought, and the deceit of their heart. Jer.14,14
What's really, really sad is that it took a radio and tv host,to remind the country that we're so far away from God and His principles. Meanwhile, the one's responsible, who should be proclaiming this message, are busy stuffing their pockets with filthy lucre. Who are we to say who God can or can't use to proclaim a somber warning? What we're not gonna heed because Glenn is a Mormon? If I'm not mistaken the reformation was started by a catholic.Wasn't that what Luther was when he nailed his 95 thesis to the church door, right?
this "pastor" seems to be all about being controversial so his book will make it on the New York Times bestseller list. The fact that Rick Warren wrote the forward should speak volumes to true Christians everywhere.
Even further, officials in Maine are considering rules suggested by homosexual advocates that would require all schools to allow students – male or female – access to the restroom and locker room of the gender with which they "identify." Hello, can anyone else see where this is heading? Especially with middle school and high school students! I'm old enough to remember when school was about reading, writing and math, not about affirming a student's sexual identity.
Great Sermon! One of the best sermons I've ever heard on the all sufficiency of Christ.Rev.Mercer gives an excellent expository on our need for and total dependence on Jesus.I thank God for this man and this type of old fashioned preaching that exalts Jesus and edifies the body of Christ.
I'm amazed (altough I shouldn't be),that the fact that God created the univiverse is now called "the theory of creation". While the lie of evolution is stated in print as if it were fact. Even so Lord come quickly!
