Note:My last post was in reference to: 6/24/07 6:13 PM Peanut Gallery Not for any other Bible mocker who adamantly rejects God's Word in it's infallible truth. Although, one truth that I have learned from preaching is that, even if you aren't directly aiming at someone, a hit dog always yelps. Conviction comes in many forms, but it is typically denied. |

To Those Who are not Infected with the spirit of antichrist:I thank those who have not degenerated to the false accusing and appreciate those who have had kind words. In regards to those who cannot confess, Regardless of all the empty lies and accusations that many have posted against me on this thread, my point still stands. Regardless of interpretation and Bible version disbeliefs and debates, the point still stands. And, the point will still stand. The Bible instructs us to "try the spirits" specifically in regards to those who are teaching or trying to teach (which all do to some extent on this site). By God's command, that is the effort I am putting forth. As always, God is faithful through his word and this has been proven for many months now. Those who have been labeled as having the spirit of antichrist will not and cannot confess that, I quote, "I confess that Jesus Christ is come in the flesh". The fact that many arguments will come against this passage and my person is of no concern. God is faithful and true. For those who can see and hear, see and hear how those who have been asked to confess sill cannot confess. The point still stands, and it will. |

MurrayA: I try not to be a respecter of persons there bub. So no respect, and yes too much to ask. I agree with the why the originals are still not around, actually to the exact point. SO you believe there are no differences between the original greek and the current manuscripts? Surely not. I assume you are far more versed in the variations of greek manuscripts than myself, and you would certainly know that all of the current manuscripts do not agree, so how can your answer be feasible? Once again, i do not adhere to the Calvinistic trends of forcing people into specific subjection, and Baptists have historically always stood by freedom (speech, religion, etc) so you are free to post your ideas. Is that clear enough sonny? Last part. Can you tell me you have a perfect infallible copy of the greek that you can read today? Note: I say again is complete, infallible, wholly accurate, etc. Do you really? I warn others so as they can have strength and Lord willing will not falter. PS: where did I bring up the KJV specifically? And on the spelling and grammar. this is an informal forum, I type quick and to the point. We are all not as intellectually astute and perfect in all our ways as you must be oh great murray one. and good, call it me embracing southern roots. |

MurrayA: you missed a few things there sonny. the first part was about including my name so that I know when you are addressing something I say instead of cowardly speaking about "someone who said something". understand now? 1). On the originals. Your not that dense. You and I both know that you nor anyone else have access to the originals, so come off it yourself. 2)is the board open to KJV-onlyists? "By no means." What part of by no means do you not understand? 3)I don't remember referring to you as not being a Christian, your one that doesn't believe in a Bible that we can call infallible today. |

MurrayA: at least put a name so one can find a comment about them. and yes, i was sincere about you being a Bible rejecter, which is plain for most to see, but must be difficult for you to see atop your lonely hill of intellectualism. your quote, "because I appeal to the original Greek?" where would that original be? you appeal to something that we can't definately place our hands on. is the board open to KJV-onlyists? By no means. I do not adhere to a calvinist control order as some do, trying to remove others based on difference of beleif or lack of belief. I simply wanted to warn a brother in Christ that he shouldn't be swayed by your disbelief or make-belief or whichever you would like to choose. "Bible rejecter label on the other foot" ... that statement is inaccurate for I do not have those greek originals so therefore I can't be guilty of something that is a hypothetical situation. |
