One has to wonder how much of a carbon footprint is left by taking weekend trips, going to South Africa and all of the other activities she and her husband involve themselves in?

Jim, the problem in this case is that it wasn't the parents, it was the ACLU.

I can remember when I was a grade schooler (I'm 50 yrs old now) and I can tell you that receiving a Bible, or thinking the school promoted Christian behaviour didn't stop me from being a little heathen hudlum. I'm not exactly sure where the ACLU get's their fear about children today from.

5000 people praying....what would happen if 5% (250 of them) would organize to go preach, in addition to their prayers, putting precept on precept (as the scriptures teach us to do)? If the poperazzi can track them down, why not the preachers? Talk about works with your faith...there would be a better chance those prayers would be answered.

I'll say it a again: AIDS is not a disease. People don't die of AIDS, they die of TB, pneumonia, cancers, etc. Before it was called AIDS, it was called GRIDS (Gay Related Immune Deficiency Syndrome). AIDS sounds so much better - nicer. AIDS is a political tool to raise money and power. The cure for AIDS is to stop doing the things that compromises the immune system (ie drugs, alchohol and eating urine & feces); and get proper nutritional support for the immune system. It really is that simpe. HIV has absolutely no connection to it. There are thousands of viruses out there that are not identified yet; what makes them say they aren't the causative link? There are many people who have HIV that never contract AIDS. There are many who have AIDS that do not have HIV. It's pretty simple mathematics really.

AIDS does not exist!

Country Doc, what do you mean by: "Those of us who are vigorous in our "pro-life" endeavors need to remember that it is not enought to save the unborn, we are also obligated by our love of Christ to actively seek relief from government and law to protect the children born into these awful circumstances." Your statement seems to be saying that isn't happening. Unless it is happening within our view, the public proclamation that the preborn are children (ie, making no distinction between the born and preborn, just like we make no distinction between a 2 year old and a 5 year old) does do something about this problem. Our appeals to the government and law enforcement go un heeded for the preborn; which demonstrates a hollow interest in child abuse.

There are two things I would like to point out: 1) AIDS is not a disease; it is a syndrome (defined as a mallady which origin and cause is not known), and 2) Hillary's advocacy for the continuation of legalized feticide should be enough for anyone to shun and consider all of her views and influence as morbid. What she has to say about "AIDS" or anything else is of no consequence for good.

Michael Marcavage has done yoeman's work on this issue. I know Michael and have spent time with him this summer and fall, and he is one of those young men who has the unique blend of smarts, drive and good intentions.

He took this issue on as something that threatened him in his backyard. There are many issues and situations that are like that among Sermon Audio readers/listeners and should be exposed and addressed similarly. UncleRaisin.com seeks to help you do that. In fact, this fight of Michael's (at al) is part of the inspiration for our effort.

Kenny, Faithful Remnant and Vic, the point of the article is that one of the most notable climatologists in the world is (rightly) spitting on the gospel of Gore. He isn't simply joining in on making fun out of it...you know like the self deprication AlGore uses in speech and TV appearances. It's not about such trite things as his tree-like and stiff style, or his silly political posturing of claiming that he invented the interenet, etc. It's about the theivery and criminal-like abuse of things like the influence of being a former Senator and VP.

Having said that, I don't put all the blame at the AlGores of this issue's feet; he's being solicited as a willing dupe, by the Chicken Littles of our day (the really dangerous ones, who hate Christ and His rightful rule and reign). In essense, global warming and environMENTALism is the morter in the bricks of today's Tower of Babel.

Preposterous! Doesn't this man know that the world has to be in peril? How else will AlGore have any relevance in the world?

It doesn't take any notable scientist to know that about 100 years of reliable data cannot be extrapolated backward, much less forward, to the conclusions of the AlGore types. Follow the money, just like John Coleman said.

Being "salt and light" begins in one's own community. Only when the demands of justice are satisfied can mercy be extended. Therefore, if injustice prevails, mercy is unfit to be extended. We are to begin "in Jerusalem....then Judea...then the uttermost parts of the earth;" indicating we must start in our own home towns. If we "start" without an eye on who the scoundrels among our leadership are, we will not have the sharpest edge to the sword we wield that we can. The more specifically you herald out the message of repentance, the more founded will be the resulting repentance.

Who among leadership in your community is violating their public trust? Contact us to bring the sin to light; we can help.

It's interesting to note that Webster's 1828 dictionary of the English language defines "science" using theology as an example.

The etimology of the word "science" is from the Greek word "gnosis", meaning knowledge. Knowledge itself is non-material. What knowledge is not seen through an individual eye, and then interperated by that individual singally? There is always a subjective and critical component to anything scientific, which in a materialistic view should negate it as non-scientific. That it is not negated shows duplicity.

The answer is very simple: materialism is invalid from purely a rational vantage point; and to exclude the non-material portion of the eqaution is, at best, dishonest. The semantics involved demand no other conclusion. This simple fact, to an honest person that seeks truth, should make Darwinian evolution just one more failed effort at fighting against God's sovereign rule and reign of mankind. Let us fight the good fight.

I looked up abiogenesis to see what Wiki says about it and they conclude their introduction with " The current models of abiogenesis are still being scientifically tested."

Incredulous!!! Just how, in a biological world, is abiogenesis going to be "tested?" What laboratory can replicate non life/energy in order to see what happened (supposedly) billions of years ago? Simply the testing, and even the mere observation, negates the scientific accuracy of what happened if we use the evolutionist presumptions of materialsim BECAUSE THERE WAS NO TESTING OR OBSERVING BILLIONS OF YEARA AGO (hence, it isn't replication).

Truly, the fool hath said in his heart, there is no God.

There are three types of athiest:
1. the intellectual atheist - who thinks for reasons of science there is no God
2. the hedonistic athiest - who thinks God MUST not exist for reasons of convenience (or conscience)
3. The practical atheist - who says with his words there is a God, but lives like there isn't

Which category do you think most college students fall into who think truth is relative?

Some things you just don't need a Bible study for. Why would we want to exalt on one day of the year what we abhor every other day of the year? That's a bit like sowing one's wild oats on Saturday night and praying for crop failure on Sunday morning. It just don't work that way.
